1. Purpose and scope
These standards govern what a permits users to publish through the app and what a presents in its own interface. They do not claim authority over independent networks, providers, or other clients.
Content may continue to exist elsewhere even when a hides it, blocks its author, or refuses to present it. Network operators may apply additional or different rules.
2. Content and conduct not allowed in a
Child safety and sexual exploitation
Do not create, solicit, possess, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any exploitation of a child.
Non-consensual sexual content
Do not share intimate material without consent, sexual extortion, covert sexual imagery, or content that sexualizes a person without their consent.
Violence and threats
Do not make credible threats, encourage imminent violence, coordinate harm, praise violent extremist activity, or publish instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
Harassment, hate, and privacy abuse
Do not target people with sustained harassment, degrading abuse, hateful conduct based on protected characteristics, stalking, or publication of private personal information intended to expose someone to harm.
Fraud, impersonation, spam, and malware
Do not impersonate a person or organization deceptively, run scams, send repetitive unsolicited content, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, steal credentials, or direct users to harmful software.
Illegal activity and intellectual property
Do not use a to facilitate unlawful transactions or publish content that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Rights holders may contact Logic through Support with enough information to identify the material and the claimed right.
3. Adult and sensitive content
The first App Store release is intended for adults. That rating is a disclosure, not permission to make the app primarily pornographic. The App Store build does not download or reveal content marked sensitive through a supported protocol. Unmarked objectionable content can still be reported, hidden, and blocked.
4. Your safety controls
- Hide: remove content from your local a experience.
- Block: stop presenting content from a public identity for the active identity.
- Private report: ask Logic to review content or a public identity under these standards.
- Network report: separately choose to publish an interoperable report where the active protocol supports it.
5. How Logic responds
Logic Omnipresence owns the operational review process. Reports are prioritized by severity, with imminent threats and child-safety concerns handled as urgently as possible.
A review may result in no action, a request for more information, refusal to present content or a public identity in a, a product-safety change, or escalation to an appropriate service or authority when legally required. Logic cannot remove content from every network provider or eject an identity from an underlying network.
6. Appeals and mistakes
To question an app-level safety decision, contact global@logicomnipresence.com and include the content identifier, public identity, or report receipt. Do not send a private identity credential, decrypted private message, or unrelated personal data.
7. Emergency situations
a and Logic support are not emergency services. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the emergency service or competent authority in the relevant location.
